These terms govern your relationship with RRRoofing Group — both as a visitor to our website and as a customer who hires us for roofing work. We have written them to be clear and fair. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who requests an estimate or books a job with us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.
Our Services
RRRoofing Group provides residential and commercial roofing services in Altadena, Sierra Madre, and the broader San Gabriel Valley area of California. Our services include roof installation, roof repair, storm and wind damage restoration, roof inspections, and new construction roofing. All work is performed by our licensed and insured team under California Contractor License No. 692187. Scope of work, pricing, and timelines are outlined in individual contracts provided before any project begins.
Estimates & Contracts
Free estimates provided by RRRoofing Group are non-binding and subject to change based on a full on-site inspection. Final pricing and project details are established in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope of work during a project will be communicated clearly and require written authorization from the customer before proceeding. We do not start work without a signed agreement in place.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and accepted methods are outlined in your individual service contract. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in work delays or suspension. In cases where collections action is necessary, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs. All pricing is in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable California taxes.
Warranties
RRRoofing Group stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage — including duration and what is included — is specified in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, improper maintenance by the property owner, or modifications made to the roof by parties other than RRRoofing Group after project completion.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us complete your project safely and efficiently, we ask that you provide accurate information about your property and any known issues at the time of estimate. Please ensure our crew has clear and safe access to the work area on the scheduled project dates. Pets should be secured, and fragile items near the work zone should be moved indoors. RRRoofing Group is not liable for damage to items left in the work area that were not disclosed or cleared prior to the start of work.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under your specific contract. RRRoofing Group is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, details of which are available upon request. In any dispute, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer under the relevant contract.
